Zovo privacy policy
Last updated 15 September 2026
Zovo is a product of Flat2door, India. You can reach us at tejars63640@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you create an account we collect your chosen username, your email address, your mobile number and a password, which we store only as a one way hash. When you use the app we record the device you use, including an install identifier, platform, app version and device model, and technical logs such as request times and IP addresses. When the wallet opens we will also record your watch activity, coin balance and, before your first withdrawal, the identity and bank or UPI details the law requires us to verify.
Why
To run your account and sign you in, to send you one time codes, to keep the service secure and detect fraud, and to pay you what you have earned. We do not sell your data and we do not show you advertising based on it.
Who else sees it
Service providers that act on our instructions: an SMS provider to send codes, an email provider, a video hosting and delivery platform, cloud hosting in India, and, once payouts start, a payment provider and an identity verification provider. Each receives only what its job needs.
How long
Your account data stays for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your username, email, mobile number and password are removed at once. Device records are kept for fraud prevention, and financial records are kept for the period Indian law requires.
Your choices
You can see and change your account details in the app, and delete your account from Settings. You can also request deletion from the web. For anything else, including a copy of your data, write to tejars63640@gmail.com.
Children
Zovo is for people aged 18 and over.
Changes
We will post updates here and, for material changes, tell you in the app.
